5 Year Trip in a Grenadier Across the World towing a Patriot X3 Which We Live In.

Phenomenal location, footage, and storytelling. You two are just getting better and better at bringing us along on this amazing journey. Thank you.

I love your videos! It’s really great to see videos and content where you’re using the truck vs talking about equipment. I’m as interested in gear as the next person, but sometimes it seems there’s more talk about attaching and modifying and not nearly enough using it! :)

Cheers Ben! Our plan is to make each video a little better than the last. It obviously depends on the location and footage and what happens along the way but we’re always learning! Glad you’re enjoying the ride! 👍

Thanks for this! Glad you’re enjoying them! I’ve always been more about getting out there and just making it happen! Modifications are great and are down to personal choice and use case but with the Grenadier, there really isn’t too much you need to do for a trip like ours hence why we went with our Trialmaster in the first place. This video Ronny Dahl has just done sums it all up rather nicely. His conclusion is spot on.

The videography is as stunning as the scenery. What an incredible documentary (y)/5
Thanks so much! Every day is a school day but it’s slowly getting a bit better with each video. The epic scenery obviously helps!

I really enjoyed this video too. "A bit bumpy"...too cute!

Any issues or repairs you had to do along the way?
Glad you enjoyed this one! Jack and Charlotte are always cracking us up with their one liners.

As for the Grenadier, we’ll eventually get around to doing this video where we’ll talk you through it all but the important thing is there’s not been anything major.

I’ve just done a podcast with Scott Brady on The Overland Journal Podcast (connected to Overland Journal and Expedition Portal) where we discuss this a bit. It’ll be out soon. I’m keeping tabs on everything on the forums and FB groups and trying to be as preventative as possible in terms of maintenance. We’ve not had anything that hasn’t already been mentioned somewhere by another owner. I’ll put a full summary up soon so that people can learn from what we’ve experienced so far and what we’ve done about it. 👍
