Just Got word that My Gren is set to arrive at Port Hueneme on the 12th of March. Does anyone have information on how to track down my VIN on the Viking Queen operated by NYK?
Check out post #13 for additional steps on how to search for other ships. When I go to the https://www.importinfo.com/ site and plug "Grenadier" into the general search field, I get a list of BOLs for ships that appear to have already arrived at their destination ports (two most recent on the list are WLWHBE2392266 and WLWHBE2399908). Shouldn't I also be seeing BOLs for ships that are en route? Am I missing something?

Some legwork required...
Have you check the spreadsheet that was posted also?
If you can't find it in the sheet, then you will have to put in a range of customer numbers then search them.
Sorry also, where can I find the spreadsheet you're referring to?Check out post #13 for additional steps on how to search for other ships.

Hey UncleBuck- when I go to the ImportInfo site and plug Grenadier into the search field, I only get a list of BOLs for ships that have already arrived at their destination. Do you know of a way to see BOLs for ships that are en route? ThanksSince I had no idea where to get BOL numbers from I am going to share information I found on the facepage on a process which may help you find your Grendier.
----------------------------------------------------
Go to: https://www.importinfo.com/
Click on the RED "Search" Hotlink
In the general search type "Grenadier"
Review resulting list for ships leaving Zeebrugge, Belgium and take down the BOL.
Now go to https://www.walleniuswilhelmsen.com
Click on "Track & Trace"
Change the search parameter to BOL and enter the BOL (remove the WLWH from the front and just use the BExxxxx) you got from the USA import site.
This will generate a list of items on that ship. Search that list (CTRL+F) for your VIN. If you don't get a hit then move on to the next ship and BOL on your list.

The part I was missing was the first site for import information. Maybe this will help people find their truck.
Ash, I'm afraid I do not know how to make it more productive. I noticed that at some point the site stopped providing "New" ship data, but was only reporting ships that had already made port.Hey UncleBuck- when I go to the ImportInfo site and plug Grenadier into the search field, I only get a list of BOLs for ships that have already arrived at their destination. Understood. Thanks for the quick response!Ash, I'm afraid I do not know how to make it more productive. I noticed that at some point the site stopped providing "New" ship data, but was only reporting ships that had already made port.
Hi Ash,
Do you have your VIN?
Try entering a sequence of numbers for the customer number.
For example, my cust number was 6200002703, then I just increased the last 2 digits to test:
I found the below VINs enroute to the US.
Try starting from 6200002703 then 6200002704 onwards and you may get lucky if your VIN is in one of the ships.

I can't seem to pull anything using this method. Seems like you HAVE TO indicate a specific loading date and a specific discharge date? Is that not the case? Can you put some kind of "wild card" in either of those fields?Ash - go to https://www.nykroro.com/customer/schedules/ and enter the following
- Port of Loading - should be ZeeBruge
- Loading Date - go back Jan 1, 2024 so you don't miss any
- Discharge Date - you can specify if you need to
- Port of Discharge - your Port in USA ( mine is Hueneme)

"Awaiting collection at plant compound". And been that way since mid January.
OK, glad it's not just me. Did the chat thing with IA on February 13th and was told it was built and in the factory lot. I still haven't seen it show up on a BOL for shipping."Awaiting collection at plant compound". And been that way since mid January.
