I'm referring to the initial reservation fee.I'm the Sydney Agent. We have noticed that $800 reservation fee gets refunded back to the card within a few days however the actual deposit payment of $4200 (or $5k is you registered after May '22) was a reversal of the original payment at the original date. This means whilst your balance changes, you actually need to go through your online statement back to the original payment date and check to see if the reversal has happened. It's odd but the few cancellations we have had, all refunds have happened within 14 days.
Been a few here and I suspect only some post about it here... so many is more than 1. So is a few. Haha!'Many' refund requests...
I think so. I know one personally, do I read 3 or 4 on this forum as well whom cancelled. Albeit there are more new orders than cancels on the forum - good sign but jeeze the wait!You are sure????

I requested a refund for the reservation fee on 30 August. Reply back was it would take 14 working days. I have requested from them three times since the 14 days passed with no reply. Perhaps I need to look for their customer service phone number.
Hi Heater, I have had great customer support through that number to Ineos. They have been very helpful and professional. When you talk with them, have them give you a call reference or ticket number for your call before you get off the line so that you can refer to it if you need to call them back again.
