Have you heard this?
Maybe not, but maybe you should....
No one is talking about dealers that might make this level, but from my perspective as an owner/buyer of high end vehicles, I have high expectations. Not trying to sound snooty, but service is service and needs to be recognized.
Mossy has exceeded EVERY expectation I had.
Vinny - I wished I listened to him asking me to come in for “option” selections. I knew what I wanted. I didn’t come in. I love my Grenadier, but in hindsight, I wish I had ordered the winch and and red chassis. Had I listened, I would have gotten that. Every part of my experience with Vinny has been top notch.
Trevor - What an awesome guy. He bent over backwards to make me happy during service and updated me throughout. Nothing is perfect, but Trevor did the job - Especially knowing I was driving in from a long way away. No complaints, and I only wish other dealership experiences went this way.
I know there are lots of staff I can’t mention, but they are obviously all a part of the same experience.
I have NO outstanding warranty issues or items (and some items are still open but being addressed as we go - which makes sense). I have no reason to say this other than I wish every new car experience went like this, but it never does. Ineos being a new manufacturer, you expect a dumpster fire experience...... Mossy has this questioned answered.
If anyone is listening or cares to, this is an Ineos representative that Deserves accolades!!!!
