It's been since May 17 since I've asked for my money back. I've gotten an email asking me to configure (which obviously I won't). So where's my own money ineos?

I'll try when I'm back in town. I've been checking my accounts as well as my email with no confirmation regarding a refund. Today was the last day for them to have contacted me per their last email.Have your contacted your credit card company or bank. There could be a hold on the money coming in for fraud purposes

Customary calculation of business days is Monday through Friday, irrespective of holidays unless the deadline falls on a holiday itself. I practice in federal courts and this is standard practice.@mgohillbilly wait a sec.... You got that email on 5/18, and it says 14 working (business) days after they process the refund
Assuming they processed it on 5/18, 14 business days would be tomorrow, 6/8 (assuming it is being handled in the US and their office was closed for Memorial Day).... Allowing for 2-3 days to process the refund (after they sent the email) puts you into the start of next week, so why go on the forum to publicly shame them when they are still within the window they told you?!?!

There used to be a link on the configurator to request your reservation back.
I'm the Sydney Agent. We have noticed that $800 reservation fee gets refunded back to the card within a few days however the actual deposit payment of $4200 (or $5k is you registered after May '22) was a reversal of the original payment at the original date. This means whilst your balance changes, you actually need to go through your online statement back to the original payment date and check to see if the reversal has happened. It's odd but the few cancellations we have had, all refunds have happened within 14 days.Clicked the link to request a refund.
