We had some great weather today in Durango, Sunny and 55 Degree up at the house. So I had some time to work on the truck.

First thing I put on was work/scene lights also use them in low visibility when running offload,

Also crawled under the truck and put on Front and rear diff guards, very simple install.

PS found out image issue, the main camera on iPhone 16 Pro now takes image that are too large for image attachments, so you need to export them first as medium image size exports
Nice! Looking to add those or the cast iron ones (can’t remember who makes them).

For teh pics your iPhone is taking them in RAW image format so if you go into the picture and edit it by cropping it slightly the phone will convert it to jpeg making the image easily postable.

Just a quick little prototype project that I came up with at 3 am this morning.
Off to the hardware store at 7:15am and 8:30 am I started to build it.
Finished at 11:40 am.
Very rough so far and I will live with it for a few weeks, make any changes then trim the edges, recess the hinges and cover with carpet.
L track will come up onto the sides and I will bolt it down to the L track old mounts.
It holds 4 large plastic storage boxes underneath and gives me a flat floor a bit over 1520 mm x 1200 mm (59" x 47")
I designed it also so the back seats can be both up, both down or either one up or down.
All up it cost me AUD$92.00 USD$57.44 or 55.24 Euro
I got a 25 Litre fridge freezer for christmas so will mount that in the back.

Yesterday, Santa got me the red Owl accessory rail, which I mounted. Early this morning, I drove out to the Driftless to scope out some trout spots for when the season opens in several days. Thought the ground was just wet when I got out on the driveway to put up the WeBoost antenna - black ice. Did a hard cartoon fall on the driveway - style points. Took some ibuprofen and shook it off. Came on an accident that had just occurred on the back roads in the middle of nowhere - SUV slid through a turn, went over the edge and flipped in a ditch. Checked the driver for injuries and talked her through it (after making sure there was no leaking fuel). The fire department came with extraction equipment (yay WeBoost). Grenadier with snow tires handled brilliantly on black ice asphalt, dirt roads and in the snow off-road. VERY thankful for all the advice to prep for my winter obsession with trout fishing. Thank you @Stu_Barnes and @Krabby for putting this together, thank you @anand for your WeBoost wiring advice, and thank you to everyone who weighed in on winter driving/tires.

Installed my Agile Offroad A-pillar grab handle that my wife got me for Christmas. I took my time and it took an hour. If I were to do it again I wouldn’t take as much time/care cutting the holes in the trim because they just get covered up by the handle. Probably a 20-30 min job if I had to do it again.

I think I’m really going to like this. It’s solid aluminum with a textured powder coat finish so it looks like the factory one, but feels much more solid.

Well done Agile team!

I started mine with the same idea. Then a water tank. Then a fridge slide. Then a drop in shelf for when there is no fridge, for a flat floor. Then a drawer on Teflon sliders. It all starts somewhere, and options are endless so long as you have a solid base.

I kept my floor insert in for sound insulation. Removed the tiedown rails. Inserted spacers so when I bolted floor down it didn't actually compress the floor, more so just rested on it. The random 3 pieces helped elevate my water tank enough to get as close to seats as possible and ensure it and my fridge both fitted. (Also removed the plastic trim at the base of the seats).
I measured numerous times but I feel I still kind of fluked it. My design ended up allowing a 35L poly tank. A fridge slide for my busham 35-52L fridge. And a gap off the door of 30mm. Which allowed a home designed drop down table.

This with my new kaon shelves is amazing.
Dogs too were happy with drop in shelf.
Adequate space in drawer and platform above allows for 2 front runner cub boxes side by side.

Installed both Agile off-road grab handles, drivers and passenger. Quality is great, easy install using just a box cutter and their template. Added the Owl accessory rail with ram ball mounts as well.

Installed an Agile part too! Today the parcel service from the US brought a delayed christmas-present I gave to myself: Relocation Bracket to get the spare wheel faced out and to get rid off of the plastic cover

First test with the new shelf/storage system went well.
I went to Bunnings hardware yesterday and picked up a load of plywood to roof and wall the bedroom in the grenadiers shed.
16 x 12 mm thick sheets 1200mm wide and various lengths, 1500mm, 1200mm, and 900mm
Around 160 kg total.
Saved $50 in delivery fee and had it home straight away.
I didn't notice before but right hand upright looks shorter than it should be.
I measured it and it is 12mm short, assume I cut it crooked as the cuts were all done freehand.
I guess I have to accept I am an electrician not a cabinet maker.
Thinking I will change all 3 sides to 18mm plywood anyway as I want to be sure it will carry about 350kg easily.
