Australian cuisine is fantastic, if you want it to be.
Lamb cutlets in mint jus with couscous
Or Lamb shank pie with french trimmed lamb shanks, diced leg lamb, sweet potato and mushrooms n an Apricot gravy.
Beef Curry about to get seared before hitting the slow cooker.
Medium rare eye fillet & vegies with a bold shiraz.
Lamb steaks with a mango, avocado & strawberry salad
BBQ chicken thighs
Porchetta
Breakfast smoothie

Just be careful what kind of mushrooms you put in the beef wellington. 🍄

What did you do with your Grenadier today?

It was yesterday, that I went to my mate's farm at Woodford SE Queensland and had a play. It has a track around the perimeter of the 110-acre property and it has a little bit of everything needed to try all the buttons and levers...the first image is where I started and as we know hard to show the angles and dangles but that is a steep slope...first time centre dif high...second rear locker low...third centre dif low...the car was brilliant and in the low range I was able to stop and start on that slope, fantastic...the hole track as ruts and climbs to suit you ability and heart rate... second image I tried to see if the front end would snag but not quite steep enough but good fun trying...the rear locker was great and as it has been posted it is interesting to get in and out of but it works...I think to car and I have a closer bond with it knowing and me knowing our capabilities...I put her in some very awkward positions and it was interesting to hear the stresses through either springs, chassis/frame or both were very audible...it was her first trial on the track which I have done many times in various vehicles...she outperformed all that have gone before her...but my series II will still be my heart-throb...she is a teenager and the Grenadier a fine lady...with Grunt:cool:

Never had bad lamb. It's the meat that keeps on giving in my book.

I love beef but have had some terrible and tasteless cuts. Can't beat a great steak though.

Also can't beat a good pair of smooth melons!!!

As a former hobby pig farmer, pork is my favourite 🤩

I will be driving in France in November, so I thought now would be a good time to get my French emmissions sticker; as the Grenadier is Euro 6, I did not think it would be too much hassle.

www.certificat-air.gouv.fr The diesel Grenadier is a "2"; the cost, including postage was £4.61
OOH shit, I didn't know that! Thanks for the information!

A sticker? A french sticker? On my car?

There is already a "Euro 4" emission sticker on it.
And I'll need a Swiss Highway sticker.
And an Austrian one as well.
And who knows what comes next.

My car is not a billboard.

Is it a 2 or a 6?
