Hi - really like that dash Molle Panel behind the steering wheel.
Qu: was the original rubber panel easy to remove / can it be refitted later if needed ?
... do you have any photos of installation process ? Thanks !
No photos but it’s really easy. 100% returnable to stock.
The rubber panel has two rubber knob-like buttons that push/ insert into two holes underneath. Simple pull up and they pop out.
Then, the base plate has two toggle bolts. You push the toggles into existing holes and tighten. The top plate then screws into the bottom plate in the 4 corners.
The toggles have line attached so if remove the bolts, you can pull out the toggles…they won’t fall down into the dash.
It really was thought out well.

Test-fitted the spare-tire-mounted traction board carrier from Overland Kitted. It seems to me it can only fit on the passenger side or it will block the small rear door. As-is, with stock tires it fits two boards with one tooth of the boards just contacting the passenger side tail light at max open position. In addition, you have to replace the bottom passenger side MaxTrax mounting pin with something considerably shorter - the pin would otherwise ding the body. Sitting high on the mount, the upper passenger side mounting pin is above the body, so no risk there.

I’d hoped to carry 4 boards this way, but am worried about forgetting to retard the door from opening fully and possibly cracking the tail light. So it’ll just be 2 there for now and if I need another 2, I’ll spring for Owl’s magnet pin set-up (or wait until this becomes a dedicated off-road truck, at which point a roof rack will be available).

Installed a GP-Factor rear door folding table that I picked up in a recent scratch-and-dent sale. Outstanding product and installation was a breeze.

I elected not to install the suggested touch-light right now - will wire it in if/when a Wolfbox mirror’s rear camera is added.

Also installed some vinyl lettering to the “GRENΛDIER” on the spare tire storage box.

"Full metal jacket".😎.. Custom Offroad 4mm SS bash plates Black Friday sale.: f/r diff, rear control arm pivots , sump/ transmission and t/f case. Was able to crawl around sufficiently to "lever" the heavier plates into place and loosely bolt in position prior to final tensioning. I'll sleep well tonight🙄
EDIT: Was most impressed that 14/20 bolt holes tapped and threaded during vehicle production, 4 bolts plus nylocs into existing brackets and remaining 2 for the t/f case plate piggybacked on to the existing (middle) attachment points for the LHS side runners.
All in all a satisfying task for an old bloke!🤣 (according to ageing neighbour!)

Your post inspired me to order the transmission protection plate and the install was really easy. As a bonus, this plate will help protect the transmission if the front driveshaft fails (there has been a report of a smashed gearbox)

I thought it was your local Grenadier car yard or a holding yard for a mining company with all the UHF aerials  great numbers (y)(y)
Looks like outside the workshop at work if it was all Ineos. At least it's not all white with reflective stripes, flags and race numbers.

Nope, I don't think they'll polish out.
One of them definitely not, it's quite deep, but it looks like the rest will come out with a machine polish.
One of the group had a new 130 Defender, not a mark on it, probably helped by being able to raise the suspension several inches.
