(Urgent) Oil leak on the upper right side of the driver's seat

Hello? Members, I received the car on October 23rd.
It has now driven 1700 km. However, oil is leaking from the top of the accelerator.
It does not happen always, and this is the second time since the first day.

I do not know if there is a rule. The driver's seat position is the same as in the United States, left-hand drive.

1. It is not the washer fluid. Because today is a clear day, I did not use washer fluid.
2. It has a sticky viscosity, smells sweet, and is clear and transparent.
3. If you look at the picture, it sprays from top to bottom as if there is pressure. It is not one or two drops compared to an hour of driving, but a large amount.
4. Even if I turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and right and press the accelerator at about 3000 rpm, the oil does not leak out.

5. If you look at the upper left of the photo, you can see a black sponge? The lower right part of this sponge is soaked.
** Is it possible that the leak occurred while the car was parked?


What kind of oil would pass through the upper part of the accelerator?

Possibly air con leak, or heater matrix

That’s the Air Conditioning A/C
It’s a big repair, the entire dashboard has to come out. There’s a known issue

That certainly looks like the A/C condenser water drip, which is fairly common, especially if it is humid.

Here's the technical service bulletin for the repair. As stated above, it is a 6-9 hour service that involves removing the dash

When I touched it, it wasn't the water type. It was definitely the oil type.

There is no oil in the cabin, that is definitely the A/C I have the exact same leak.

Engine cooling fluid. Glycole is sweet and sticky. This is circulating in the heater matrix.

Is glycol clear? I wiped it with a tissue and it was colorless and clear.

Can be coloured in any way, but traditionally green or blue. Later long-life versions orange or red.
From small amount very difficult to see. And half of the fluid is just water.

If it was coolant/glycol it would generally dry to be a crusty pink

PAG oil in the a/c gas circulates through the entire system. It can separate and drip from a leak at a joint or fine cracks. A/C oil can come in various colours green yellow colour if it has had uv dye in the system. A/c gas can have a gas smell to an acid smell. It can also be coolant leaking from the heater core or connections. In Australia coolant has a bittering agent by law so it's not sweet this is not the case in all countries. Coolant that drys hot will leave a crusty off white trail if it is flowing it will remain the colour of the coolant. Undiluted coolant is slippery like oil and can slightly separate from the water in slow cold leaks that go away at operating temperature.

The majority of the oil stays in the compressor but there is oil vapour suspended in the refrigerant.
This is a simplified a/c explanation I have used before. The refrigerant enters the evaporator in the cab as a liquid the becomes a gas as it absorbs the heat in the cab. The condensor, which in an Ineos is the coolant refigerant heat exchanger, steel box shaped thing under the hood, is used to cool the gas from the compressor back to a liquid to go through a valve or orifice back to the cab evaporator to absorb heat from (cool) the cab.

If AC system woud leak oil also the refrigeant would disapperar. And actually much faster as empty systems usually have still the oil inside.

This issue is now after 2 hours of work, the mechanics have concluded that it is a coolant leak.
It is leaking from the upper right side of the driver's seat.
It is viscous and has a faint greenish tint when viewed in bright sunlight.
It will take some time to get the replacement part. I apologize for the confusion to those who answered my questions.
