Are my eyes mistaken or is that an olive green Trialmaster? Thought they were all going to be black?

I was told that I didn't qualify since I abandoned my build and purchased one off the lot at another dealer. They did let me fill the form out just in case (guessing based on the demand for sizes). I ordered an EU 52 but haven't grabbed it as it is at my Mom's house. Hopefully it fits.

You will like this... After I first purchased my Grenadier I sent an email asking if I qualified for the jacket. I got the screenshot response, which makes it pretty clear that I did qualify. I have several other emails where I asked for a status and got the same emails that everyone else did. I now understand why technically I do not qualify however I am super annoyed by how they have handled this situation. I really expected more out of a company that wants to be a premium brand than an email saying that I don't qualify, have a nice day...

Maybe I got too excited too quickly... tracking number was generated last week, when I track it UPS has yet to receive the package.

Ahhhhhhh, I just caught up with this thread.

I got a UPS notification today that I was receiving a parcel from coyote logistics. Honestly I thought it was junk and ignored it.

Funny story. I bought my TM from a dealer with 139 miles on the clock in November 2023. I’m technically the second owner.

I filled out the form to try and claim a jacket, fully expecting to be rejected. Entered the VIN and whatnot. Never heard anything, no confirmation, no rejection, diddly squat.

That was months and months ago.

Funnier story.

In the meantime my lovely wife bought me…a Belstaff Trialmaster.

Bugger! Now it looks like I will have two

Ah well, one will be going on ebay.

Same…tracking shows it transfered from one location in the UK, to another, and back to the same location, before finally heading overseas.. My delivery date has been pushed/delayed 3x already.

This is like 12-18 months ago when everyone was on here giving updates on where their grenadiers were heading across from Europe on the big ships.
All the excitement, frustration, expectation and disappointment.

Ah Ineos, just keeps on giving and keeping the dream alive.

I'm confused, you imply you didn't qualify for a jacket and now you are upset that Ineos made a mistake by saying you did and then corrected their mistake? Is this correct?
