Did you buy your IG from Elliot Bay dealer? If so, when did you get your vehicle? I'm wondering if I should be making some calls.

I received this email in response to my question about where I was in the queue last week:

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your email. You are correct that we are processing requests in the order they were received, this is a very popular program and so we are processing an extremely high number of requests. In line with the Terms & Conditions we have up to 30th June 2025 to distribute jackets, however, after reviewing where you are in the flow and with jackets actively being shipped each day I would anticipate with our expected rate you will receive tracking information from UPS next week.

Did you all receive an email confirmation after claiming your jacket? I definitely claimed my jacket but can't find an email confirmation.

I did, purchase date was 12/22/23.

Elliot Bay had originally said they had nothing to with jackets and it was a Inoes thing. I have contacted Ineos directly about my jacket and they have always responded and updated me on the various phases of the process. I also did order my jacket the same day I received the email. I hope this helps.

I did not.

I just got a email from UPS stating a package from the UK was in route. I actually had not idea it was my jacket. I work in Land Rovers and order parts from the UK all the time and it is as assumed it was that. .

Thanks for the background info! I got mine from Elliot a little over a week after you and also responded to the email the same day, so hopefully mine is coming soon. But, I've heard crickets since responding to the email.
