The day you've all been waiting for.

Oh, that‘s cool. Regarding the stet signs my hopes rise, that these are the presenters of my dealer.

I was not given a specific day. The email only said delivery January 23.

Doesn't your contract have an actual date on the first page?

I’ll be doing the same but figured I’d make do until my first tire rotation.
Likewise. Not so keen on the white lettering but would happily live until swapping over to muds. When I have those fitted on extra rims will ask for the tyres on original rims to be reversed ready for the next off-season.

I would imagine if anyone has an agent/service agent in same spot they could be asked to reverse prior delivery. Sure Steve could sort it for a few beers!

I'll probably get the tracking tested within first few weeks at a decent tyre place, just to have peace of mind. Probably knock it out within 2 days thereafter - oh well!

when I got new tires on my old army G wagon I had the tires reversed as well because I didn't like the white lettering especially on that car. The guy who did the job said the white lettering could as well be "washed off" (probably using some sort of cleaning paste) quite easily. It sounded like he had done it before.

It must be a different process of applying the letters now then. When I had BFGs (20 years ago) it was raised white rubber a few mm deep. You'd have had to shave the letters off to remove them.
oh, would not want to do that :ROFLMAO: unfortunately I have no idea whether this info was accurate - maybe not because otherwise this solution would have been mentioned earlier...🤷‍♂️

But to re-coat the surface one should apply some after shave.

My original predicted date of delivery before contract signing was Dec/Jan, but the in production part on my grenadier is still "greyed out", so who knows!

My original predicted date of delivery was October 22 and I now have the same 'by 1st feb 23' having signed contract on nov 9th.

We will see I suppose.

My building date has been December for some time. Yesterday I asked my dealer whether this date is still valid and he told be that the building date now is January. It should still work out with the delivery till 1st of February as my contract says.

It's safer if you cut out the white letters.

Just put the tires on the other side, and Viola, the white print is on the inside...

;)

Can anyone clarify whether all contracts originate from the same (?UK) office or are they prepared by the respective in-country Ineos office? Also, did the contract just arrive by email or did someone phone you first? Just wondering how these things work...

My "order" on the Ineos website bears no relation to what my agent/dealer tells me...
