My Grandchildren range from 13 to 3 and the 3 year old is constantly underfoot when she is here.
Not often enough though.
She initially had trouble with Grand dad so she called me mate.
A right little miss she is.

Well finally the shed construction has started.
Marked it out with line marking paint so we can start doing site prep.
Today we are poisoning all the grass so we don't have to pay to have it dug out and trucked away.

10 metres wide x 15 metres deep with the entire area under roof.
The smaller white rectangle at the front left is 6.6 metres wide x 6 metres deep and will be an open fronted garaport that the beast and my wife's mini will park in.
It will also be enclosed on 3 sides.

This area at the front will be 3.4 metres wide x 6 metres deep and enclosed on 3 sides
This will contain a cooking/BBQ and a table and chairs

Taken from the rear looking towards the front the main fully enclosed section will be 10 metres wide x 9 metres deep.
It will have a pedestrian door at the front and at the side along with a 3 metre wide x 2.7 metre high roller door to the garaport.

@DaveB I would have taken that grass.
In the past fortnight I hand stripped a 100m2 section of lawn (our only decent patch , but after 27 years wrecked by animals , thatch , grubs)
Took at least 40 overfull wheelbarrow loads of turf down tricky steps and tothe bushline.
Then another 30 loads of soil (down gravel paths , down a long plank off the deck)
Spread it out , reseeded. Trying to keep birds off with netting. Ravens will peck through anything though.
