Or, if you replace Jim for Justin in the sentence the original post makes more sense??

This thread doesn't seem like it is going anywhere constructive... While I appreciate the frustration in the product provided, a post outlining your issues or frustrations would better serve both the forum, and yourself in perhaps getting forward movement towards a solution
