I recall INEOS stating that their goal is to have 200 sales & service centers across Australian/NZ, although I haven't seen a list of current service centers.

I guess the vast majority will be service only.

In theory any qualified service centre can service the vehicle
That was one of the main points
They have said that you can service it yourself and not void warranty, under certain conditions that I don't remember

I’m driving through Barcaldine and I need to drop into Longreach to get a replacement widget (something routine) which just broke.
A bit different to “we can get one shipped out to you in 48 hours” isn’t it.
I know they’re probably working on it.

My daughter is the national warranty manager for an Australian caravan manufacturer
She introduced a system for spares to try to simplify and make it easier for all.
If the van is still mobile she asks where the customer will be in 2-3 days or however long it will be
She then gets the part sent there
I they aren't mobile she says straight up that it will be X number of days.
