Since Christmas I’ve been slowly compiling an off-line document which I can print and put in my glove box that captures information missing from the owner’s manual and other useful bits and pieces.

I’ve now got it to a point where its ready to share with forum members. You can download the new PDF using the following link:

Use link at top of page now

The forum has been a great source of information so thank you all for your efforts. Posts I’ve drawn information from are referenced (if you need further info) and members acknowledged in the document.

I’ll update the link in this post and post an alert in the thread when I update the document. Any feedback, corrections or even additions are welcome. Happy for you to share provided you make acknowledgement to this thread.

If you print it out either use an A5 page and shrink to fit or an A4 booklet in adobe reader print settings..

May you find it useful.

Cheers

Steve
Super resource @TheDocAUS. These part codes might be worth including:
- Front wiper blades (GRA-9A00-010400)
- Rear wiper blade (GRA-9A03-010220)

Water Separator Filter Part No: GRA3E12019770

I searched for the part number in the Guide, but it did not come up. Part number for filter on fuel/water separator on diesel models (all AU models have them, optional most other countries).

Not relevant to Petrol models.

Thread on separator and filter here.

It's in table 7 on page 17, Line 2. Description is lightly different and part no has the hypens as that what was on the box of my spare.

The latest edition of the manual (V6.0) has been released. Only modest changes since the last update including :
  • Edits, corrections, reformatting and section renumbering.
  • Table 1, Add Aux light high beam NAS operation.
  • Table 7. Additional part numbers.
  • Table 9. Wheel load ratings.
  • Sect 7.4, 7.5 and Table 7. Corrected Z-Case fuse stud diameters.
  • Sect 8.1 Battery charging and monitoring.
  • Sect 11.1. Trailer electrical adaptor diode commentary.
  • Sect 13.6. Coolant purge procedure updated/corrected.
  • Sect 13.9 Tyre rotation link.
  • Updated references.
Download using the updated link in post #1. If you have any problems downloading please let me know.

Thank you all for your positive feed back, contributions and suggestions, it's really appreciated.

As the manual develops I am finding that my list of ideas for additions is getting very short. At present I'm on the lookout for well written and illustrated basic maintenance procedures. So if you have any contributions please let me know.

Enjoy!

Cheers

Hi @Rok_Dr , any chance of sending through the link to post #1 as unable to find. Having trouble finding constant power and auxiliary power to wire in a Wolfbox G900 dash cam+rev cam. Appreciated, Terry.

Hi Terry

Post #1 is the first post in this thread and the google drive download link is in line 2 of the post. Just click on it to download .

You can also find the link to this post in my signature line of any post I make. Again just click on it

Thanks @TheDocAUS for posting the google drive link, but remember I create a new link every time I update the document so the current link will no longer work when an update occurs. This is why strongly I recommend linking to post#1, as it will always have the most up to date google drive download link.

Cheers
Steve

Thank you!!! This is fantastic and the INEOS automotive team should hire you as a consultant!

Time for another manual update (v7.0). Download using the new link in post #1 at the beginning of this thread. If you have any problems downloading please let me know.

There have been a number of changes since the last edition including:
  • Many small corrections and additions.
  • Update page referencing to reflect the online MY23 and MY24 pdf Australian owner’s manuals.
  • Sect 6, Table 2 and Table 3 updated with fuse references.
  • Added Table 4 - Smartpass LED Explanations.
  • Table 8. Additional part numbers.
  • Table 12. Updated steering toe angles.
  • Sect 9.9 Fasteners updated. including adding Table 14 - Grenadier Fastener Types.
  • Sect 13.7 Engine Oil change YouTube video link.
  • Sect 13.10 Update manual tyre rotation procedure.
  • Sect 14 Emergency procedures.
  • Sect 15.2 Audio Menu and Appendix 6 update.
  • Sect 16.2. Added links to Blue Sea and LittelFuse, wire and fuse information/selection web pages.
  • Sect 15.6 Update GPX file info and limitations.
  • Appendix 2 - Fuse & Relay Listing Corrections.
Probably the biggest change is a section for emergency procedures which has been written with the assistance of @Clark Kent. Currently it covers neutral engagement methods which can be used in an emergency to move the vehicle, but in future I hope to include more, provided they are relevant and safe.

If you see any errors or mistakes please let me know.

Thank you all for your positive feed back, contributions and suggestions, it's really appreciated.

Cheers
