My rear diff developed a leak, a month (apx 1000 miles) after I got the truck back from the dealer. After truck tow to the shop, dealer found low fluid in the rear diff. Further test confirmed rear diff will need a rebuild or replace. Truck was driven off-roading and had high center marks. Unfortunately as of now, parts aren't available for the rebuild. I am wondering how IG would define normal use for a vehicle built to go anywhere...

Hi center marks? Do you mean that you damaged the differential and caused the leak? I’d think that they would say no to that. If there are marks in the chassis that have nothing to do with the differential then you should expect a warranty replacement/repair. I’d think that if your exploits off-road somehow caused the damage that led to the leak, you may have an insurance claim though…

If you caused the leak, definitely on you. Generally these are very tough, and hard to open up. They get dragged all the time.

only got drag one or twice back in Jan / Feb. bottom of the cover wasn't really drag/push up. somehow it decided to leak after months sitting around (and it was literally sitting around not being driven) as newly designed truck I've been gentle w/ the off-roading. surprise and side the diff couldn't hold up

Truck was at dealer for 3 month for another repair. i just got it back last month. I think it leaked our during thanksgiving cause it made noise on Sat (after Black Friday
