I love my Grenadier. I don't love te Company and their lack of Customer care. I was the first Belgian to see his car and number 6 to get it. There were quite some early problems, never really essential for road performance, but sometimes really safety related: annoying warnings, doors that didn't close, water infiltrations, ...
But if I crash it: I buy another one (if I survive 🤪)

Every time I get into a hire car (SUV) I love the Grenadier even more.
I hope neither of us get into a crash (apart from the obvious reason) because then we would need to buy a new Grenadier with ADAS and all those stupid things in it.
 
Hmmm. I tried calling them a few times, left some messages and didn’t even get a reply.
I phoned them to as Ineos recon they are my nearest dealer now that they have kicked Hughes into touch they never even answer the phone so I won't bother calling again . Take note customer service is paramount just say how can I help you when I say hi.
 
Love my purchase. Have had it for about a year and 4 months and 24k miles on it. My only complaints, no workshop manual, they said it would be available but backed up on that promise. AC was acting finicky but since instituting a "start up sequence" I haven't had any issues in over 6 months. No software update. When I bought it they said two weeks there will be a software update to solve the ADAS issue and some other small issues, almost a year and a half later and still no update on the update. Communication with Ineos is non existent, I have sent emails asking questions and have had zero response.

Aside from these issues I would definitely buy another or rather don't regret buying this one. It has run great and I love driving it.
