This is why you need the notch. I don't know why anyone would ever need that feature though, especially with the tradeoff of the visor not visoring. Presumably there is some way you can rotate the visor to block it if the sun is really there???
Yes, this is exactly what the notch is for. Thank you for posting.
If the sun is in that top corner you can actually rotate it towards the side window and the entire unit will block sun in that area.

I’m in search of an under the rear seats (center atop parking brake cable set) mount for the JBL Nano Subwoofer. I have it place with foam for now but it still vibrates. Can Owl supply this?View attachment 7874097
I also want to move the factory subwoofer somewhere else. Maybe we should design a bracket together?

Well I’ve had a very successful day. Fitted my ARB dual compressor with under seat mount and my Rosen visors. Very impressed 😍. I purchased a MORRFlate dual tyre air hose kit with the compressor and that really tops it off. The sliding collars on the tyre valve fittings are so much better and more secure than my existing dual tyre inflator leads and you can stand next to the compressor and control the inflation pressure from there.
The other thing to add is the Owl utube video on fitting the compressor is great. Fitting is easy and even easier on the two seat model as mine is.
Well done Owl Outdoors. Great kit and a great service. I’m more than happy with the result.
Edit. I ordered and fitted the left hand drive version as I wanted the compressor under the passenger seat of my right hand drive Grenadier.

How should the top 4 bolts mount with the Roo Bar? The supplied washers are too small to fit on top.

I used wider fender washers. One of the bolts is too short to fasten.

These are the smaller bolts that go through the top of the bar into the bumper.

Thanks.

Am I doing this incorrectly?

I added fender washers.

I got my rosen visors installed on Sunday. Looks really good but I haven't really tested them in earnest yet.

Next, consider the morrflate digital air hub. Next level greatness!

I’ve been trying to order the visors (plus other things) since late September but keep getting blocked because it pops up that they don’t deliver to Queensland, Australia, which I’m sure is not correct. Despite numerous emails to the company, and contact on this forum, I am still awaiting a reply to resolve the problem. The best I’ve had was the gynaecological reply… “I’ll look into it”!
I was really hoping to have them before Christmas, but that looks more and more unlikely.

When I lived in Singapore I used a service that had a po box in Oregon and would freight forward to my address in Singapore. Relatively affordable and with an Oregon address I paid no sales tax.

Worked great for me, maybe you can find something similar?

Thanks, may have to consider something similar.

I had that problem initially when trying to order on their website as I t didn’t recognise UK address or phone numbers. OWL outdoors have been very responsive to me but much of their emails were going into Spam.
Try this person for a contact as he has been super helpful support@owlvans.com a guy called Reece.
Also @Borg54 (Owl Outdoor) has been very helpful

Hi.
We hope to have Owl Grenadier products in stock a few dealers in Australia soon.
In the meantime: we have had some issues getting the International shipping fully functional in our Ecommerce platform and that is what is causing the shipping errors.
I do not have your email address, but I have made Reece aware that you will be emailing him directly at reece@owlvans.com
I apologize for the hassles on this, and I thank you for your patience.
