Make sure you have the dealer reset the service reminder timer during pdi.

Also check the service reminder timer value during you checklist review. Make sure they actually reset it. My sales man didn’t instruct the service team to do it, even though I reminded him.

Yeah, my Ineos had a service notice at 5k miles and 6 months. It was a cheap service but a pain to take it in for no reason. That year timer on service is set before it hits the boat across the Atlantic
 
An Ineos dealership is coming to my area in the spring, which has me back to looking for a vehicle. I haven't been on the forum much of late, and feel the chatter about issues is much more quiet now. Does that mean they are getting some issues ironed out and making them more reliable?
it’s a great truck overall. One thing to consider is the power steering pump noise that doesn’t appear to have a fix and the hvac system that is hit or miss, also no apparent solution.

I was an hour away from my dealer when checked out the service reminder - 85 days left, followed by a big annoyance sigh
