I have this All-Top air compressor that has a high 12.35CFM rate. Only problem is finding connection points to use it on when airing up. I'd like to get a Nato plug setup like this where I could take the wires from the compressor and have them permanently attached to the nato plug so all I had to do was unscrew the cap and plug it in. $205+ seems a bit ridiculous for it. Anyone have any other options or a better idea?

I think if you want to use that NAtO plug a better idea is to make a NATO to Anderson adapter and perhaps add a 50 amp fuse on that adapter. This would be a more versatile plug. Or even better you could make the NATO to Anderson using large gauge wire and put the fuse on the compressor wire with an Anderson plug on that which is more useful to move to another vehicle. This would preserve the high amperage of the plug if you wanted to use for something like jump start or winch. I ordered the plug from Agile Off-road and will make my own cable. It is not super easy because the plug is designed for very large wire so it is tricky to solder but doable.

I think NATO plug is fused at 350 amps even though rated for 500amps according to manual. You will want a smaller fuse on your pump.

If you want to use NATO plug for something while driving it has shutoff if you go over 50 mph i think so you need to bypass that. Obviously not an issue for compressor.
