(Moto-) Biker‘s here?

My latest sled after some twat hit me up the arse on my Bonneville and wrote it off last summer! Didn't do me much good either!

my BMW R 1250 GS HP last summer in rainy Austria
I had a great time last summer touring some of the switchback mountains in the alps! Austria has many great passes, I wish we had those twisties and scenery here !

Unfortunately not, broken pelvis. damaged legs etc, still recovering but you just have to get your leg over that saddle and keep on riding!
Sorry to hear that, I’m sure it’s not easy but like you said you got to Keep on riding 👊

Unfortunately today, we are not on the road with real drivers anymore.
We are on the road with zombies writing emails, chats, instagramming their stupidity looking down or around or on anything but the road …

On tour with my R1150GS.

Corsica. My camera lens broke, so I don't have many photos from that trip. Scanned from slides. The blueish tint is due to the kodachrome material which is extremely difficult to scan. And my scanning experience was still poor.

From a trip to my Italian customer.

Above the Lago di Toblino.

Near Mezzolombardo, where the unmatched "Teroldego" red wine comes from.

Back home through the Alps.

A rest aside a Brenta Dolomites road.

And that's what was a new tire at the beginning of the trip looks like after 4000 Kms through Switzerland, Italy and southern France.

The roads there were just too good for less fun. :)

Good ol' Kodachrome! Scanners had a hard time punching through that emulsion back in the day.

I still have the Suzuki RL 250...the shot was taken on Stradbroke Island Queensland OZ early seventies of me and the shed shot is current 50 years later...the Buell was a beast, had fantastic torque and agility...tyre range was poor around 3000klm...the Moto Guzzi is my current ride...it was a stock standard V7 before I had some fun turning it into my bike...cafe racer themed...a tractor engine but I love it and it suits my age and wants now and I can tune and service it ...happy riding ;)

Love the guzzi’s, always dreamed of buying a daytona.
