Handhelds are nice, I have a Midland MXT 115 (i think) that I run an external antenna to. I'll probably end up getting a MXT 275 sooner or later so I can hide the base and just have the handheld portion available.

I live in Newtown Square and am always up for meet up for whoever is in the area. The dealer is actually located in Devon (with Service in Malvern while the main dealership building is being built.) and there are plenty of good places to eat in the area for those coming from a distance.

@arcteryx33 and @Gibby I'm on board. What about on a weekend here in June. The Saturdays June 8th, 15th, and 22nd work pretty well for me unless my son gets a baseball game suddenly scheduled on one. Newtown Square sounds good to me to meet. I'm not sure what is normal for meet ups. I saw a bunch of Teslas at the Whole Foods a couple weeks back.

I've had 2 (I think?) MXT275s (one in my 4Runner at first and then one in the better half's Tacoma), no complaints...

The 4Runner and Tundra both had MARS modded Icom IC-2730A's so, ahem, they could theoretically Tx/Rx on MURS/GMRS, and I have another one sitting in a box that was intended for the Sprinter, but will now be going in the Grenadier

At this time the 8th and the 22nd are good dates for me. Usually meet in the AM and be off by noon-ish, unless pub time is required.

I am usually around every weekend but same story, summer baseball schedule changes daily but currently am around on the 22nd and live 2 min from the whole foods for reference

Right now June 22nd in the AM most likely works, but I have been notified that if my son's baseball team wins games in a tournament that week he could play that Saturday. I'm up for agreeing on that day but I'd hate to bail last minute if he wins. What about July 13th or 20th as a backup date? @Gibby and @arcteryx33 do you know any other Philly locals? @FlyersFan76 would you want to join?

My weekends in the summer are usually spent down at the bottom of Route 55 at the shore points. But will be keeping an eye on any and all meet ups to see if and when I can make something happen.

Even open to any bar meet ups in the areas during the weeks and weekends.

Ahh Tournament baseball as Im in the excat same boat. You and I are most likely at NELL most nights and you must be the White Grenandier there as mine is the blue one

Awesome, how about the weekend of June 7th? We could meet up early AM on that Saturday, June 8th or Sunday AM June 9th. If we leave Sheetz by 0800-0900 we can be down at Bo's Xpress gas station in Edinburg to grab the day passes ($5) by 0900-1000. Once we get to the ATV parking area we can air and make sure everyone else is good before starting from the north end through the south end of the trail. That should take about an hour give or take.
