Europe Last payment

What’s the longest wait anyone has had for their Grenadier after paying the final bill.
Im sorry I’ve got lots of time on my hands to get bored and impatient to get behind the wheel 😴
You could take up a new hobby! Just a suggestion.. how about playing spot the Grenadier on the road.

Update:
Just had a call from Mark at JT Hughes Telford.
Side steps arrived as promised by Tom Johnson, first thing am today and are on the truck which is ready and waiting.
Driver en route to pick me up as I type!
Full report tonight when I get home.😎😎😎😎

A missing table is not so bad but in my case its everything: side runners, cargo barrier, cargo divider, and roof bars.
To be blunt thats piss poor,

Paid a week ago, no invoice yet!
The Grenadier "Agent Orange" remains at the dealers doing "PDI"
so still "Sick of Waiting" rather than driving in a ditch

Yeah, you just don't do that. You can't request and receive full payment for a car and then be told that all the accessories that make the car functional are missing and that no-one knows when these will be delivered. I've escalated this with customer services and am hoping to receive a call from a senior member of staff today. I get that one maybe two accessories may be delayed. But surely if all of them are missing then something has gone awry.

Those are all dealer fit items, its crazy they don't have stock of the accessories especially when they were all ordered with the car....
Whats it going to be like for parts in the future???

I expect there will be a run on these parts/accessories as a good few people will decide they want them after all and will retro fit them. Me included!

It think the least they could have done is to have sent the final detailed invoice by now. It’s over a week since I sent the full payment over.

The final payment you made is basis the contract price or do you get an email requesting final payment of same/similar cost?

As an aside, I've been through my contract cost and there's a £104.07 difference to my ordered costs. Think it might be fuel + £20 reg fee which gets close to the difference.

Only difference I can remember was the road fund license increase. My account does say payment accepted now and look out for your final invoice which we will send you shortly. But i think administration Is not the greatest attribute of Ineos Automotive.

Today I got the E-Mail from Ineos. My car is on the transport way, and I can pay the rest. I wrote to my dealer in nuremberg - he has to tell me, when my INEOS arrives. Then I will take a look to it - and see when I can fetch it there - and then I will pay. That is - in my opinion - the right way to do the payment.

DURING THE LAST DAYS AND WEEKS I OFTEN WANTED TO WRITE UNFRIENDLY LETTERS TO INEOS - but I didn´t. Today I´m happy. My car is on the transport way. MY CAR IS... okay, I am VERY happy.

SEE YOU!

Same here. No payment until car is ready for registration.

My car is ready and drivable at the dealer no campaigns open, no scratches and dents.
I paid it last Monday and got the confirmation Friday evening. In the portal it is still not “in transport” and the payment is pending there as well.
The bottleneck in Germany seems to be the paperwork. At my dealer there’s a bunch of 25 Grenadier in the backyard. Only one is “in registration” and just three more where the registration papers are retrieved from Ineos but haven’t been delivered last week.
I am not to really happy with the situation right now.
