Europe Last payment

What I meant to say was Well Done to PBD. Whether she/they listen & action, that was a service to this community. If ever we meet, remind me I ow you a pint or two!
 
Update:
Three engineers from Germany were waiting at JT Hughes this morning. Final checks completed and car cleared for delivery.
I understand that in early May our agents will be taking over the final delivery and registration process.
Ineos will still send out final invoice, but no need to pay until vehicle is ready for delivery. Once funds are in Ineos coffers, agents will register vehicle and deliver to customer.
Lynn Calders office trying to sort out my step issue and will call me later with update on my vehicle.
I will again emphasise the urgent need to assist all the others who have paid but still no vehicle delivered. Ineos do realise that we early adopters or VIPs as they call us, are a priority, they know that our support and influence is of great value to them.
The agents part is a massive step in the right direction.

Update.
my car is ready for me to collect it, minus the side steps. I do need these and the will be at the agents next Tuesday to be fitted on arrival. So as it is 140 mile round trip I will collect it either Tuesday afternoon or Thursday. V5 registration is being sorted out by Ineos and corrected.
I have been assured that all of us early adopters, (including those of us who have paid in full but still no car), have been identified and the are teams of people working to deliver them.
As to workshop manual etc, that is in the pipeline for us too.

All of us mate, I was very specific on where they should look to first, without naming individuals, just areas etc.
I was pleased that every one, wherever they may be, who has paid but not received their Grenadier is an absolute priority to Ineos. I asked that the teams who are working on this, contact the customers directly to bring them up to speed. I was told that Ineos believes that all of us early adopters are classed as VIPs, where've in the world we may be we are their priority.

Without wanting to be too negative, heaven help those not identified as VIP then based on recent events.
 
Am in the same boat. Invoice received on Friday, paid in full on Tuesday, only to be told by the local agents that ALL the accessories are missing from the car! I haven't even had an acknowledgement from INEOS that they have received the funds from my bank which is crazy risky. I've been very clear with my agent that I expect my car to be delivered to me next week - especially since they stated that no campaigns were required on the car.

I haven't even had an acknowledgement from INEOS that they have received the funds from my bank which is crazy risky. How can IA be making money when every vehicle requires a further large labor and freight input to get them on the road. That's what baffles me.

Exactly the same. Paid in full 9 days ago. No acknowledgement and no receipt. Been chasing IA CC for the same for nearly a week and just fobbed off. Passed dealer today so popped in to be told no issues with car other than software update and registration. Software update has been requested from IA but agent has no idea when getting it. They also has no idea when IA will be registering it. To be fair I knew the roof rack and rear door table was missing and to follow, but told everything else is with the car. I have just received a reply to my chasing from IA CC to say sorry no news and will come back to me on Tuesday next week now. Very close to loosing it with IA CC who are utterly useless. It will be 2 weeks since paying and to be told no news is just not good enough!!!
 
A missing table is not so bad but in my case its everything: side runners, cargo barrier, cargo divider, and roof bars.
That’s of course a totally other story!
The table is nice to have but from no real importance. The cargo barrier might be important for the use of your car as the roof bar.

This is really curious. I paid on Monday and got the information that the money is there on Friday (18:17)
How is it possible that the do not reply in the order the money comes in at their account.
I assume that you paid on an English account, right?
I paid on a German one.

Yes English account, same day transfer, right references, etc, etc but no confirmation. Just checked online customer portal again this morning and no confirmation.
 
I‘ve paid beginning of the week in full and have received confirmation mail from Ineos yesterday.

Short translation:

this is to confirm that we have received your payment for your Ineos Grenadier.
You have done your part, many thanks for that again. We take over from here and will come back to you with the detailed VAT invoice for your files.
Don‘t hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions.

My portal doesn’t show the confirmation neither. It’s just been the email from yesterday evening.
Could it be in the spam folder?

(To be honest in my opinion the probability that it’s a fault of Ineos is higher than the spam alternative…)

As soon as the registration papers appear I will take it as soon as possible. They can send me the table later.
But it seems that this is not your choice but Ineos'?
