Been quoted £2,440.00 by Adrian Flux to keep the car in a secure underground parking space in London, plus I have to fit a tracker. My NFU full no claims has expired which doesn’t help but I was hoping £100 / month would cover it! I mentioned the forum etc…

Hi all, just an update only quotes and dealings with AF. Bearing in mind I am 68, wife second driver, max no claims, no accidents and both have clean licences. Grenadier kept on private Driveway.
Annual mileage 10,000 quote £1050. At 5000 miles quote £900.

Considering Nick Wilkinson wanted our business and said he and his department would be very competitive, those quotes are way over the top.
Since the above quotes I have tried many and all methods to contact Nick (who was available) but AF decline to get back in touch!
I have motorcycle insurance with them, so I am a know client.
I emailed Nick to give him notice of an adverse review, on the forum from me, still no reply.
Hope another member has better luck!

Not very good publicity for Adrian Flux. My quote with similar circumstances as you came in at £720.00. Wonder if that might now be higher also.

Completely agree that £720.00 still too much. Fitting a tracker only reduced my premium by £20.00.
The policy itself came with all the usual benefits.

Features and benefits were all as found on other quality policies. Adrian Flux are brokers only and do not underwrite the insurance themselves. I tend to google the underwriter they suggest for feedback on them.
Have used Adrian Flux several times over the years but so far, never had to make a claim. My last claim was via NFU. No issues then. Unfortunately they will no longer cover heavily modified Defenders.
Be interesting to see how they view the Grenadier.

I spotted this earlier and ran a quote just to see. Got an annual premium of £1050 for a 54 y/o with full no claims and £1000 excess.. This seems expensive and I’ll be on the phone to NFU next week as they’re my go to insurer.

Any other UK based folks on here got any other prices?

It's still only listing the Belstaff editions. I tried a quote about 3 weeks ago and got a "no quotes" answer; so at least things have moved on if there's one company quoting now.

Although the quote is higher than the indicative one I got from Adrian Flux a month or so ago.

Is there anyone from Germany who got a quote yet?
I got only an indication of 1100 € (Third party liability and fully comprehensive insurance) based on the data of a new Defender. They told me that the TSN and HSN by now has not yet been entered by the authorities.
