Grenadier Spotted

Yesterday Afternoon
Esso Merenberg
Magic Mushroom Grenadier

… and my Grenadier replacement car 😉

Spotted - Sterling Silver in Portrush just up from the Harbour Bar. Only the second IG I have seen in NI so far, out of 40.

This morning, a car transporter on the A4 motorway near Herleshausen heading towards the Eastern Zone of Germany 3 x Queens Red, rarely seen. I honked my horn. The trucker had a cowboy hat on and waved at me. I immediately felt the need to switch on my former favourite AFN radio station and listen to the voice of Lee Greenwood. But unfortunately the station no longer exists.

Just some minutes ago in the same road a MM Utility from Hanau…
It was nice meeting you, Peter, if you read here.

I've never seen another Grenadier actually out on the road.
Does this mean I need to get out more and get a life.
Depending on the area and how much you are travelling. I see one every now and then. But not on my doorstep. I'm the only one in my area.

We need to print up some business-sized Ineos Forum cards to stick on people's windshields. Although I suppose that person is already here.
Good idea, maybe someone can come up with a first draft…

Mine is currently spotted.. until the pressure washer removes this makeup.
It is now close to 6 months between Grenadier sightings, the first on a Motorway in Hamburg in MM, this one Bad Nauheim is a MM and mine is also a MM one. I got always the impression dark colours were more common and its more likely to spot a dark one than a light coloured or even the same as mine.

Did it have a red chassis? There is a lady on Facebook with one. I've suggested to her to join the forum.
I do not believe that it did I was just awe·struck that I saw my first Grenadier in the wild!

The two of us went on a short trip comparing the cars and there was numbre three just 100m anyway at a hotel. Sela green, white roof from Zurich, Switzerland…

Three Gren‘s in one road, at the moment…

Does a reverse spotting count? I was at an intersection when I spotted a nicely restored classic Defender heading the opposite way. The owner must have spotted me, too, because he flashed his high beams. I flashed mine back. When the light turned green, he waved through his safari window(?) I waved from my side window. So cool of him!

I'm pretty sure I've seen Vera in her second-hand new white Range Rover. At least I recognised the numberplate. I couldn't see if Christian was sitting next to her. Only the blonde hair was shining, not the grey, sorry.
Vera, if you're reading this (you used to be here on the forum), I was the impressive 4x4 behind you that kept flashing my headlights and so didn't leave your Range in the dark. ;)
