I’m up for a 30,000km service, and I've been quoted $950 in Orange, $1,246 on the Central Coast and $1,450 in Sydney.

Ask them how much the service is if you bring your own Penrite oil, you might fall off your seat at the saving.

I just called each agent and asked their price for a 30K service. Were you happy with the service at Orange?

In talking with the Orange agent, I found out that one of the reasons they’re less expensive is that they don’t do a tyre rotation and TPMS reset. They can of course do this if requested, but at an additional charge.

A nice trip to the Central West is definitely on the cards.

Hmm... I don't recall Purnell having that in their cost breakdown. Especially after I asked them not to rotate as I had already done it. Orange will be my next visit it seems too.

Just picked up our Grenadier after the 15,000km service- Engine oil/filter, diff oils , fuel filter {petrol - @Rok_Dr can you add part# GRA-3D12-029550 to your guide } , HVAC filter , plus usual checks
Plus regas aircon , 4 wheel alignment, software update and a variety of IA campaigns to address some wiring/battery issues

I Had my Grenadier serviced by American Motors, AM group Adelaide on 3/2/2025, third of February 2025 for Americans, my Grenadier was the first Grenadier they had serviced, and they spent quite a bit of the day working on it.
They charged $969.80 including GST, for the service, and in that service they changed engine, diffs, and transfer case oils, oil filter and fuel filter, and replaced the climate filter, and did software updates, they also did all the normal checks including brake measurement's etc.
I am very happy with their service, and would recommend them, and they supplied a free loan vehicle.

Almost forgot, they blew the dust out of the air cleaner, and washed the outside of the car and vacuumed the inside.

Hi Woody, have you had any success at all with 4x4 Garage in Canberra? I've emailed 4 times since 07 January, called multiple times (more than 12) and went in person at 4pm on a Tuesday to find nothing but a display building full of new Audis awaiting delivery with 2 grenadiers at the front and the images below in the window - the same number I and my wife have been calling and getting nothing but a full voicemail box. The two times someone has actually answered the calls or returned a call we have been promised return calls and bookings for servicing appointments all of which have come to nothing. I approached Ineos Australia through their online portal, who simply emailed the same 4x4 garage address to ask them to please contact me for servicing. Still nix.

Have you found an alternative Canberra/ Queanbeyan area workshop alternative to suggest? This is farcical.

The costs quoted by 4x4 garage is extraordinary for even the annual service, now $1,300 (was $1080 June 2024)

Micahel H, 4x4 garage Canberra quote is extraordinary for even the 30,000 service, now $1,300+ (was $1080 June 2024). I have checked the parts costs from other suppliers have hardly risen by 30% in 9 months. 30,000 km service checklist published by INEOS checklist (assuming unchanged) is largely unwarranted for 4 hours labour costs (usually $165/hr) just to change filters and oil.

Afterall we all closely monitor and check the vehicles condition prior to any considerable trip.

Therefore it s plainly employing staff where the agent is hardly busy. The many unanswered phone calls without reply to any is common plus with their message bank full. Obviusly they have a skeleton staff yet It leaves me with little confidence.
