Shouldn’t most of those service items have been done at PDI? Someone here suggested insisting on the completed PDI checklist at delivery.

I paid $673.66 CAD (approximately $520 USD) for the first service of my 2021 G63 at around 15,000 km. Considering the rising costs due to inflation, threat from China, Ukraine war, and, well, even my wife is on her period, let's assume a 50% increase. $780 is the best I can offer.
