Mine finishes like this

All of the costs highlighted in yellow are detailed on the invoice as well as the total vehicle cost in one lump sum.

Hey guys n girls, just got my invoice and it's $7 less than the contract price. Anyone experience this in W.A?
Hi @MrMike. I have not got my invoice yet. Your car may have been cleared by customs/Biosecurity already. I like the price adjustment:devilish: Hope i get one as well!:D

I would ring IG to confirm they have sent an invoice and the account number! Seems you and @bigleonski have a completely different invoice experience! Fishy
I've contacted Magic and they are dealing with it. I don't mind the discount TBH but I also don't want the Office of State Revenue sending me a nasty letter either 😀

Eadon from Magic phoned me to say that mine was indeed being held by customs.

Hi Mike, I got my invoice today and it is also wrongly put together. The strange thing is the bottom line is the same as the contract but the amounts don't add up in the invoice.
I also phoned Eadon and he said he had been phoned by about 8 people today with the same query!

Was your invoice from Magic or IA? It looks like we have differing invoices some from the dealer some from AI

I also received an "invoice" from IA today. I only got 2 lines and am missing the 'total due' line. Also, the total on this doesn't match the online amount which in turn doesn't match the contract. About a $6k difference.
I thought maybe a MY 2023 discount was being applied 😂

I also get an error when trying to download the contract from the ineosgrenadier.com website (on all browsers).

That error has gone now when I log in. And it matches what was sent via email from AI

It's odd that many have differing invoices

Back in early Jan '24, I raised questions into regards to changes in a number line items in the contract which changes between the initial version (mid Dec '23) & the updated version where I requested some of the personal details to be updated.

There a increase on the total of approx. $3,000, which when looking at the breakdowns seemed to be attributed mainly to a change in the stamp duty. (personal details update did not change the state of where the vehicle was being purchased/registered).

I responded to Ineos Customer Service in early Jan '24 for some clarification, however thus far I have not received an explanation other than the latest response of "passed your query to the relevant tema and request regular updates. We are aware of the issue and can reassure you this will not impact your vehicle production or delivery.".

Currently my contract is listed as expired (even though I had signed and returned, for it to then be revoked for an unexplained reason) and I am awaiting the contract to be re-triggered at some unknown time.

It's been an interesting ride so far...
