Extra Wiring Front Kick Panels

A while back there was a thread about the extra wiring behind the front outer kick panels that I think are switched but my search foo is not finding the thread.

My goal is to install some electrical outlets USB and cigarette lighter.

Also download a copy of the Rok Dr Guide for switches used, fuse locations, etc Items 1, 4, 9 and 10 may help.
