I like gifts, but I usually don't need them. I got a nice gift. What I didn't get, nearly a year ago, is correct after sales service (although it recently improved).

That is what we deserve: "after sales service" ... not a bottle of champaign (I don't like champaign anyway, although there is a very good French Champaign with my surname)

You should like champagne! Your name is full French! I like German beer though.

Gifts and after-sales service because we deserve them all!

Even free maintenance we should be getting, knowing this is a brand new make and yet to prove itself.

On a serious note, in the UK ( and I think ROW) the vehicle is bought direct from Ineos so surprising very little paperwork, just the owner’s manual and 1 pieces of A4 to sign. I normally come away with a folder
