Pretty sure most prisons are either non smoking or are transitioning to it.I was a smoker and had never done time...I was in a pub on lunch break in Fortitude Valley Brisbane, I could smell White Ox tobacco favored by jail mates...I tracked it down and asked the owner if I could swap a ciggy and he asked, when were you inside...not a badge of honor but a good smoke

A murderer in my country had the tattoo 777 in his neck, very visible: 777 means something like prosperity, luck, power.
The tattoo helped to identify him.
At least two of the 7, therefore 77, were right:
- He is prosperous: he gets lodging, clothes and food for free
- He is lucky, police doesn't search anymore for him
- I don't think he has power!
