Car cover?

I have to park under a fir tree. There is no way a cover is worse than the sap and needles I get from that tree...
I think @C-Mack was just addressing your requirement for a cover that wouldn’t scratch your paint.

Would it be doable to get a portable “car port”? For long term daily use, it’s much better than a cover as long as you can fit it in your space and don’t mind the aesthetics…since most are truly function over form.

I must have misunderstood, I thought the statement was that all covers destroy paint when exposure to wind and rubbing outside. I'm actually prone to believe that.

Belive me I've tried the temporary shelter idea and the carport canopy idea. The Minister of homeland affairs vetoed those ideas.
She is okay with me taking down the tree. The city is my real battle when it comes to that.

I hear that a copper nail in a tree can “help” age a tree 😁
