Black Sheep Ctek D250 charger bracket

I don’t care who makes one, but a bracket doesn’t take an engineering genius or a lot of expensive materials so whoever does it, I reckon they can supply one at about half the price of black sheep delivered in Australia and still make a profit
If I could see a bracket in the flesh or a good drawing I’d be keen to go the hardware store and buy a piece of sheet aluminium and have a go at making one. A vice for bending, basic tools and some rivets for fixing/bracing corners together should be all that’s needed I guess. 🤔. It’s not as if it’s on show where a fancy version may be desirable.

For anyone interested in making a bracket for the CTEK 120S and 250SE here is a diagram of where to drill the mounting holes for each unit, when they are joined together (page 7 CTEK 120S manual).

You then need to work out where to drill the holes to attach the bracket to the IG. I would try and line up the two top holes with the existing bracket in the IG for the CTEK 120S - see the white arrows on the image below.

Well done thankyou. That’s all I need to make my own 👍🏼

Wow, $800 for that
I had thought it was priced including the the D250SE, but it's not; and at 716,21 CHF, Google makes that $1,191.58 (Australian) or £632.81 for us in the UK.

That's truly eye watering. It this correct?

So I've read it both ways, the final bit of the sentence "not included in the scope of delivery" could apply to any of all of the previously mentioned parts; but the price rather suggests it has to be inclusive!

Still makes the bracket rather expensive though.

It includes the CTEK250SE and the bracket, but it is still pricey. If you can make your own bracket you could save several hundred $.

I think it includes the D250SE, but you can buy that for @$300 do that means the bracket is about $8-900 AUD plus shipping and GST.

Yes, we need a KAON charger bracket and some of their other good stuff.

Latest from kaon. Call out to Brisbane owners. Please contact kaon haha.

Thanks
Make sure you ask for the charger bracket so we can mount the CTEK20S and the CTEK250SE together! I already have asked but that posted message only mentions the rear roof storage, the other thing on my wishlist.

Unfortunately I can't make it there. I'm in Sydney. But whoever can, it seems they will look into developing what we need
