Belstaff Jacket email from IA

Due to a change in systems, there’s now going to be a short period where you won’t be able to claim your Belstaff jacket as part of your Grenadier specification.

We’re doing everything we can to minimise delays and whilst we don’t have a date, we will communicate as soon as we are back up and running.

Has anyone in the US received their respective jackets?
 
Would be a nice late September acquisition.
 
I received this email in Germany too.
That is a very vague and poor statement: "as long as we don't have a date". How do you plan, test and implement new (IT-)systems? :unsure:
 
Jackets! Not a word other than this latest email. I had thought we weren’t going to get the jackets in the USA. I’m still trying to get my original $450 deposit back.
 
I got the same email today. It came from the email address I provided my dealer, so perhaps they provided it to Ineos and something was triggered on the corporate end?

I took delivery back in December and haven't heard a peep regarding the jacket until the above referenced email.

Same. All but given up when the email arrived, only to disappointed.. again. More resources seemingly being assigned to upsell (see Arcaneworks, for example) rather than fulfilling original intent (hello 'Service Manual').

No I got the email. I took delivery in Dec too. No jacket.
 
Anyone actually received a jacket in the last few months?

Mine was ordered over 6 months ago. I asked the dealer to chase it up.
 
Took delivery of my Grenadier in August, never got an e-mail. When I asked the dealer they had no info. Not a deal breaker, though! :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, I agree. It's a low-integrity move for IA to stop talking to existing, paid, customers about promises made, all while starting brand new shiny projects.

Hey, IA has paid and idle employees just sitting around since production stopped. So deploy some people to take jacket orders and ship them off! And "Export to PDF..." or whatever it takes to deliver service manuals! ;)
 
It will be a year in December since I took delivery of my Gren.
Nothing but crickets on the jacket.
