Can't help thinking the answer you got seems to totally ignore the fact it was on the original configurator, so there clearly was an intention in March, and a 180° about turn in May:

Here is hoping this isn’t something anyone else has already asked and I missed it…I can’t figure out the spare wheel cover? Is it a locking piece as shown on some of the Prototypes are just plain? Thanks for any help with this.

There are two options. One plain one and the other with a lockable compartment. This is a payable extra

Looking through all the body in white photos, it's quite rare to actually see one with panels rather than the openings for the windows.

When you do see one, is does look like they are all stamped for windows and then the panel section is added back in at a later stage.

Or maybe there are two different panel sections added - one for windows and one without?

Excellent - if you get chance to ask about the Gullwing windows which were originally offered but since disappeared from configurator that would be appreciated.

"we'll actually have that as an option... we may still have one from the aftermarket" is what I heard...

And also of note was:

He mentioned that a ladder could be attached to the alpine tie down bars, so maybe that will pop up as well in the much trailed new accessory brochure now due sometime this month (September).

And a 10 year warranty (or 60k miles) on the drivetrain?

Hi Steve just had a look at my build month to see if it had changed, which it has but more concerning is the price has gone up from
£61,978 to £67,675 this an increase of over £5,500 can you shed any light on the new price or is it a typo??

Yes I have thanks, unfortunately I can't see your order as I can only see Halliwell Jones customer orders. I have just emailed the relevant people at INEOS for an explanation though. I will do what I can to help and let you know what they say as soon as I get a reply which I don't think will be tonight.

The price change isn't due to a spec change you've done has it? I know that sounds obvious but just making sure that's all.

I logged in to the Ineos website and checked to see if the build month had changed that is were the new price is.
