May have been delayed by the JLR US jurisdiction trademark dispute…
 
If you are not going to launch it in North America until late 2023 then no need to tie up your resources until mid 2022.
It will have been designed to meet the certification process from the start so it is really a process not a trial

I was under the impression they were going to start taking orders Nov/Dec and delivering around March in the US?
