Can you bump out around and above the door?
I guess you mean the 1972 Morgan 4/4 1600. I bought it in 1991, just after I sat my accountancy finals. It is not long back from rebuild no.3 in my hands, so is very shiny. (My wife's red Fiat 500C is just about visible). Seen below in Chandlers yard, Belton, before any Grenadiers had been released to retail customers. What is that beautiful red machine???
As an apartment dweller this makes me reflect on life choices. Good luck with the build Dave! Finally the shed is a go. After months of playing around with certifiers to get council planning approval I received the green light a couple of weeks ago.

As UK resident that is an industrial unit, not a shed.As an apartment dweller this makes me reflect on life choices. Good luck with the build Dave!
Sadly it isn't even the largest in my very short street. As UK resident that is an industrial unit, not a shed.
In my area that build would be well over $70,000 USD! Such crazy pricing we decided to skip a major renovation and are selling and building new.So we are moving along on the Grenadier Beasts new home.
Budget is $70,000 Australian dollars.
USD$46,000
GBP 36,500
Euro 42,600
Bills so far
Total $47,576
- shed kit - $26,423
- Concrete slab - $16,500
- 4 Windows and glass sliding door - $4,653
Balance. $22,424
Chances of going over budget
100%
It would be a lot more here if I was building a "liveable" shed.In my area that build would be well over $70,000 USD! Such crazy pricing we decided to skip a major renovation and are selling and building new.

Yes, that would be $100k in my area.Just pushed the budget to $75,000
Better get a job soon.
Thanks@DaveB - I really like the open + enclosed layout!
No way I would want a bare concrete floor.Save $5k and not epoxy the floor…

I too am shocked at the current cost to epoxy a floor. I did it myself 22 years ago and it has held up remarkably well. That cost me time but a few 5gal pails of epoxy were not even close to $1k.No way I would want a bare concrete floor.
We don't wear shoes when inside so feet and everything else would get filthy.
Not to mention the grandchildren.
Mine is about 111 square meters. I haven’t got a price yet, but just put out the first RFQ.The shed has a 150 square metre floor area so not a small job.
In fact it is too big for a few of the companies I contacted.
In reality the epoxy is only about 6% of the initial cost and will end up being less than 5% eventually.
Why are the grandchildren on your feetNo way I would want a bare concrete floor.
