I just discovered the only smartphone that is compatible with the Grenadier, should be mentioned in the user manual :devilish:

Based on the experience of other forum members I shelled out for an Ottocast A2Air Pro wireless adapter to use with a Samsung Galaxy 10+. Once installed I left the adapter sitting in the cubby between the seats with the lid closed. I frankly forgot about it until I got into the vehicle the other day ...I started the car, phone in pocket and messages flashed on the main screen to "turn on location when it is safe to do so"! ... there seem to be more choices with the adapter using android auto than with the usb cable connection...certainly the Samsung music app for my stored tracks, which appears on the main display offers more control to pause/play etc. The latency (passenger tapping the screen and getting a result..) is almost negligible.
