Fingers crossed it's fixed quickly and back with you soon.
Mine's in for a leaky sunroof tomorrow and sticking door buttons, quick bang releases them and park on the flat for no leaks.
Other than that all good, fab vehicles

Yeah, old-school Defender with no ABS, locked up and slid into me at walking pace.

We are both insured with the same insurer and recovery/repair already sorted - it’s going in to a place on Mugiemoss Road - Ashgrove Bodyshop I think it’s called?

I don’t think it’s a huge amount of work to repair, just the length of time to get parts is worrying me a little but fingers crossed.

Plate is 956 IL.

I was never one for private plates to be honest but I bought an RS6 with a really crappy plate on it (X R56 PWR), sold that plate and the V5 came back with its original plate: SV59 FUD !!! Hence the hasty purchase of a new plate 😂😂

I’ve got a bike H151 FUD. doesn’t bother me because anyone that can see it is behind me 😉

After a few votes on the January photo competition. Posted a few pics of the Grenadier parked at side of road on the way up/down to the Cairngorm skiing centre 🙏👍
I did complain to Stu that it's not a fair competition for the uk so we need to prove beautiful Scotland can win too against all the dramatic pictures of vast America, etc.

Thanks to everyone for the extra votes, we need a win over here. We should take it in turns each month posting a competition picture to get the beauty of this country as a winner against all the stiff competition from abroad

Now, I know Sir Jim has offered a deal to run an IG as a company car some Petroineos staff, and I therefore thought I'd start to see a few more running about Grangemouth...but alas no. Until this afternoon, two in less than half a mile, both looked like Inky Station Wagons on steels, one of them had reflective high viz decals across the back, flash of lights and waves exchanged...great to see!

The company car tax must be brutal unless they managed to get one of the latest two seaters that are classed as vans for BIK.

Yep. I spent a bit of time looking into this whilst working out how to fund an Ineos. Ended up buying it myself because of the BIK issue.

Say £80k list price, 35% BIK, say 42% tax up here…about a grand a month in tax! Utter lunacy from our lovely government(s).

I bought mine instead of 'company' vehicle. Looked into the commercial version and upping the specs but it was better just to cough up and buy it myself

Though, I suppose, there are lots of ways of looking at it. Say it depreciates by £50k over ten years, that’s £420/month right there!

I was watching that too, posted on the general sightings thread. I thought it was quite interesting that he was driving one as he is a lifelong Land Rover fan and I'm sure he's written a book about it?? Bit more coverage can only be a good thing, just not too much as we will get lumped in to the Chelsea tractor type mob
