Has anyone in the Dallas/Fort Worth area had a Wolfbox 900 installed in a Grenadier? If so, I am looking for a local shop that has experience doing an install in a Grenadier at a reasonable price. Also install cost will be good to know as well.

Please advise?

Did you ever find an installer in Dallas? If so, can you share?

I can't help with specifics but it's not a complicated job and there is a lot of room in the rear door panel with an existing boot to run the wire through. I'm confident any well rated shop can handle it, it looks to be an easy-medium DIY job so a professional should be able to knock it out in an hour or two.

The only thing I'd recommend is specifying to the installer that you want it on when the ignition is on (example implementation could be to fuse tap into the obd2 port fuse).

I'm in process of installing mine and curious where everyone is wiring the actual mirror too? Which fuses etc? The ones I see connect it to a switch just makes it another button to hit and I have zero interest in that. I'd like to connect by piggy fuse too a ACC or Start fuse just haven't had time to dive into that portion yet.

Mines still in transit but I was planning to tap into the OBD2 fuse in the cockpit fuse box shown here. It's the top 10 amp fuse in the center column directly under the two open spots at the top. That should be on whenever the ignition is on. I'm with you, makes no sense to have it switched overhead as it should never be off if the car is on.

I'll take a look there for sure thank you. I was wondering if there was a spot in the passenger side (NA) fuse box, I wasn't sure.

That is what we used for our install (which was professionally done). It is the most logical and cleanest option.

I dropped the overhead panel and tapped into the output of the Int 1 switch (which I leave on).
Saves running cables as it is close to the mirror, also a good place to mount the GPS puck.
I can turn off the Wolfbox and use it as a plain mirror by turning off the Int 1 switch.

I like the idea for the GPS mount there for sure, my INT switches will be in use for other items, I'd like the convivence of just turning the car on and seeing out the back. lol Mine is in for first service at 1200miles so I will have to wait to finish it up.
