INEOS Americas Response:

"The U.S and Canadian spec vehicles are extremely close to Grenadiers offered for sale in other markets, with some minor regulatory (airbags and markers, for example) and feature content differences (Smooth Pack standard, steel bumpers vs plastic, for example..)"
