Why get rid of Rake? Especially for towing?

There are no posts with Rake as the subject. I like the idea of the 2.5” Eibach springs but I do tow and I don’t want my front end to be higher than the rear. Only about 3500 pounds of tow but Still I thought rake is better for handling in general.

I will add the winch and bull bar to the front so maybe that would help.

Would you get a different combo of springs to keep the rake? Why is everyone trying to remove rake?

Looking around I see that the Metalcloak kit has a 1”spacer for the rear spring to keep the rake and for towing so that would be my answer if I did this. Still have to research what the metalcloak kiot does for you. Sway bar disconnects look interesting but you have to crawl under there to connect and disconnect. Would be worth it if you were rock crawling.
