There are two under the bonnet. I think the 10a one is adjacent to the air filter and the 25a in the other wing side. There are threads on this topic. Maybe check other threads. High load auxiliary switch panel or continuous current for usb sockets maybe.Am I correct that there is a power supply point under the bonnet with a switch on the overhead panel? Is so, where do I find it?
Senex (Carl Jung) will be along shortly to point you towards the right thread ...
In the meantime what are you thinking of powering with these supply points ?
Which model/spec of Grenadier do you have and whereabouts are you (on the planet) ?
Thanks. I'm in Australia and need to mount a small kangaroo alarm (like a deer alarm). I have the basic station wagon.
I am Australian and never heard of a kangaroo alarm. A Shu Roo yes ( definitely proven to be a waste of time) but not a kangaroo alarmInteresting .... i'm in the UK so know nothing about such things.
There are a lot of clever guys, from Aus, who i'm sure will be along with all the info you need.

Just go on line or on Amazon and look for a deer alarm. About $45, and they work. Most of the silly buggers sit up and watch when you are still far away. Still get the odd one that runs away across the road instead of into the bush, but that roos for you.I am Australian and never heard of a kangaroo alarm. 3 or 4 months... I wish. Try two days! Westco (the sales agents) had the vehicle but were unable to release it for some reason. Best insurance was through AAMI. The Grenadier is on their lists and they treated it just like any other car, Youi were also not bad but insisted on including roadside assist, making them a bit more expensive (and INEOS already have roadside assist covered).@ericge you were advised back in May 2022 that your delivery would be around 10 to 12 weeks after the November build date you suggested ..
So you've had your car for approaching a 3 or 4 months now ??
Did you sell your classy, short defender ?
I see that back in July you were lining up insurance - did you get that solved ?
Got any pictures ?
There are a couple of owners in Cairns, have you seen them or are you further 'up north' than that ?
Still unable to find anyone to tell where to connect this... It's really frustrating that such a simple things is being held like a state secret somewhere in the INEOS archives!Am I correct that there is a power supply point under the bonnet with a switch on the overhead panel? There is plenty of information about them on this forum.Still unable to find anyone to tell where to connect this... It's really frustrating that such a simple things is being held like a state secret somewhere in the INEOS archives!

This stuff took me less than 1 minute of searching using magnifying glass in the top right corner of the screen

Build Thread - Auxiliary USB charging point in auxiliary footwell power point
Before beginning, let me be clear, I have a Left-Hand Driving (LHD) car. The only “right” way to drive a car 😉. Therefore, if you drive a right-hand car (the wrong way ;) ), you should think in inverting everything I mean: left is right, right is wrong, up is down, and so on. Jokes aside, let’s...www.theineosforum.comHigh Load Auxiliary Switch Panel
I can't see any reference to location of 25 Amp under the bonnet only the standard 10 amp The blue switches 3&4 say “footwell area and fuse box” - are these the “hidden” clear wire ends that @Jean Mercier has shown us?www.theineosforum.com
Follow the posts on the two threads I included.Yes, I did look at this classic example of how to bodge up a connection inside the vehicle for a connection rumoured to be under the bonnet. Do you think this approach is in any way appropriate for a new, carefully engineered vehicle? I don't. I would hope for a simple connection point, or at minimum a pic of which wire to connect to and where it is.
At the end of the day, I still don't know how to find where to connect and my friendly, helpful sales agent doesn't answer emails... I will have to drive there (350 km) and hope the relevant man is in. I don't even know if there IS a connection under the bonnet, although one of the overhead switches is apparently for the winch which I don't have. Might be overkill but I could use that circuit (if I could find it).Follow the posts on the two threads I included.
Yes it would have been nicer if they terminated them as Deutsch plugs as the original drawings suggested but then we have people complaining they don't want those connectors they want something else.
Same as the Nato outlet, Anderson is preferred by some.
etc etc etc.
Thanks for that - really useful. I'm going downstairs now to try and identify that point...
I hope I am not parading my stupidity...but where is that last picture? I didn't know where to look for it.
