Hi Tazzieman, Thanks for sharing your trip and photos. I really like your camping drawer system. Who is the manufacturer and does the Coleman Camping Stove slide back under the refrigerator. DaBull
The drawers are XTM ; just bought off the shelf in Australia ) Kitchen
Fits with 3mm to spare.
The stove fits in a soft bag which we stow wherever.
The top drawer is a slider , but we just stand on the towbar step to access the contents.

Had to drive down Lode Lane yesterday got out unscathed.
I know you meant it to be funny. But it shows greatness and decency when you tolerate things from others and don't denigrate them. I would expect that from Land Rover and their drivers. At least that's what I do. I always wave to the real Defenders. Unfortunately, it doesn't always come back.

Picked up my Grenadier this morning at Regal Ineos in Atlanta, USA. On the ~150mi drive home we managed to climb up a north Georgia mountain on some forest service roads and exercised the amazing suspension. It was a great day.

Did an overnight shakedown trip to the South West wilderness area of Tasmania. Despite summer holiday season, when you go this remote there are few people. Mostly the ones hiking , or a couple of spots camping (tents , 4x4s , caravans)
Anyway , weather was awesome (it is often ferociously bad in this corner of Tassy) and we had a great couple of days , including a swim , with a faultless Grenadier and fully functional setup.
Petrol consumption was 14.6L/100km, not bad given RTT + hilly terrain

Beautiful !!!

On the roof rack, is there room for Maxtrax between the tent and awning?
