Have a look at one of TSB, Loctite for rubber seals but not sure which number. Or take it back to the dealer and let them do it, I would.

Thanks - Going to the dealer is the correct choice, but it would be my 5th visit since getting the car at the start of November.

Mine is going in on 20 Jan. They haven’t specified what they will do I doubt their plan is to remove the dash. Would like to hear the outcome for you.

How did you go. I had mine booked for repairs (amonst some other easier repairs) but it's coming back to me with no AC repair undertaken - with dealer advising IA will not pay for proper repairs being the correct insulating of the condensate pipes and the heater box. Has anyone here had the AC condensate issue fixed properly, and working as intended using the "IA" advised repair (which is what I don't know).

Mine was in for the IG repair, dash removed and so-on. Water still appearing. Booked in again for a few other issues - dealer said they can attend to the others, but not undertake the aircon repair.
