Underbody Protection for Fuel filter
I’ve just installed underbody protection to protect the exposed fuel filter and fuel lines located under the Grenadier. These are located on the inner side of the Chassis on the left hand side (Australia) just forward of the rear wheel. The filter and fuel lines are very exposed to damage if travelling off road - especially vulnerable to bushes, sticks etc.
The protection plate I installed has just become available and is produced in Australia by Euroflo who are making a number of Grenadier specific products. (https://www.euroflo.com.au). The guard can be seen at https://www.euroflo.com.au/expedition-equipment-1/fuel-filter-protection-27390-gst.
I believe that if you travel off-road this is an essential piece of protection.
The guard offered by Euroflo is exceptional value (especially for a grenadier add on) is very nicely manufactured and costs just $274 +GST. I’ve seen a European guard that retails for A$1500.
Fitting instructions are available and I found the instructions clear and the guard was simple to fit. My interactions with Euroflo were excellent and they seem very customer focussed. I can recommend both the guard and the company
