Uk Diesel vehicle import suspension

Hi All
I have had 3 7.5Tonne vehicles on order from Germany due to be delivered first week in December.
Have had no conformation on delivery so started to chase the order. My supplier has just been informed that the UK government has suspended diesel engine vehicle imports until January 23,not sure if this is just commercial vehicles or all vehicles.
This may be another reason for the Greny push back.
Have any of the forum members (dealers) heard anything??

Not heard anything myself, but a mate of mine is head of sales for a DAF dealership. ill ask him when I next speak to him as its right in his area of expertise
