Trump tariff. Ineos Automotive is dead right?

That's the saddest part of all. They really won't know. It isn't like it suddenly morphed into a Maybach.
Even at the polo club, the rest will be in Rangies and Bentaygas. But the Ineos will help tow them out of the mire when it rains.
As long as they have a recovery kit and the "towees" have rated recovery points.

I’m not an economic expert but how can tariffs affect sales compared with other equivalent cars?
Some are saying sales will drop due to price increases and it will be to expensive and priced the same asa RangeRover which makes zero sense because the Range Rover will also increase but by more than a IG
The way I see it all the new tariffs will actually achieve is a much higher cost of living for all which only hurts the low and middle income earners while the wealthy don’t really car because it makes little to no difference to their lifestyle

An EU tariff will also effect other EU makes, but those aren’t the only competitors (which include used vehicles). Also, some people who can afford a Grenadier at 80k can’t afford one at 100k. Thats just how wealth/income distributions play out regarding pricing.

If you're on the subject of my Commander in Chief, the only advise I can give other nations is to distance yourselves. I mean, do everything you can to isolate your countries to limit the impact of the economic implosion. The sole source of our power since the 70's was the wisdom to insinuate the Dollar as the worlds reserve currency and between the tariffs, the never ending sanctions, and now the lashing out at our most valued friends and partners, there's going to be a movement to 'something' else. It was a ponzi scheme that permitted us to print the gold consumer economies needed, and in return for that right, we policed the world as benevolently as we could with stability as the goal. It benefited all participants. The orange moron isn't able to bring himself to act beyond the myopic "ME FIRST, I'm the center of my world" emotional state of a 3rd grader, let alone understand such cooperation made the world go around. He's going to burn it down. It no longer benefits the world. There is no backstop here, for his actions.

American exceptionalism was the willful handing over of control, and the obedience to the system. During the debates to form the government, there were enough men that had difficulty with the concept of there not being a unitary executive power, that president was given too much discretion. Hence, we have a Pardon Power, and the tools for removal have a bar set way to high for practical use. The positions domestic roll is to execute the laws and decisions of the courts, but there is no effective mechanism to compel compliance outside of impeachment and conviction. As President Andrew Jackson (trumps only Presidential hero) was once incorrectly attributed with saying, "(Chief Justice) John Marshal has made his ruling, now let him enforce it". A minority of Congress can protect him, and a minority want to bring it all down in the name of White Christian Nationalism.

The current court has been hostile to any laws written by Congress that limited the Presidents ability to remove the heads of departments. They are Federalist Society Unity Executive acolytes. They have given him the power to be King, and he intends on grasping it with both hands. He is firing anyone that hints of loyalty to the country over him. The President is a grifter Real Estate man, and the Federal Reserve just refused to lower rates to maintain the stability of recovery (astounding job they did, btw). His position is supposed to be untouchable by politicians whims. Do not be shocked when the campaign to remove him begins, so fat f**k and Musk can access the money supply. They, not expericed indoctonated globalist bankers, will have influence over the money supply kept in the banks of world governments.

Do not be shocked when the campaign for a third term starts. Did Ghengis Khan walk away? Did Julius Ceasar walk away? Did Adolf or Stalin? Do mobsters that have committed crimes and made mortal enemies, like the Gotties or Gambinos just walk away in peace? .... I pray I'm in error, and the winds blow to make this post appear to be nothing more than sunday morning paranoid foolish rantings and rambelings, but when I look at history, I just dont see it ending well. It would a statistical outlier in history. Our only solid hope of recovery starts with is his advanced age, and a weak bench unable to corral the troops such as he has. Outside of that, I do not predict free and fair elections, and a peaceful handover of power in 4 years.

Have a chipper Sunday morning!!!
